NB | Chinese Mugwort

Chinese Mugwort is a square shaped, wonderful and bright room of apprx. 20 sqm2 with a large window on its long side and a view out onto large trees and greenery. It has a comfy king-sized mattress and plenty of space for your belongings. It neighbours the rooms Lotus and Fern and shares a bathroom with them. Chinese Mugwort is located on the top floor of the house.

All bedrooms are furnished and include a bed and night table, a desk, shelf, and wardrobe. For shared use are two living rooms, a library, four bathrooms as well as a kitchen and dining area. Most rooms have private balconies. There are two shared terraces for residents to enjoy, one of them features a lush urban garden on the rooftop. The entire house has large windows and is equipped with luxurious plants, which contribute to its unique atmosphere.

The Tower was purpose built to as a communal living house and provides space for private use or for hosting residencies and other projects. The building consists of a multipurpose event space on the ground floor (the hall or in German "die Halle") and the co-living area above, reachable via a flight of stairs. The house provides accommodation for nine people. Two of the nine private bedrooms (African Tulip and Mimosa) have en suite bathrooms.
